Matrix Legacy is about 33% lighter than the traditional blade! A lighter blade means the skater has more endurance. Ultima's lightweight blades are also equipped with E-X-T for better sharpness, which means the sharpening lasts much longer than for a traditional blade without E-X-T. Otherwise, the blade is just like the traditional Legacy blade. An excellent choice for skaters training on the axle and the first double jumps. Comparable to MK's popular Professional blade. The blade's "holder" is made from the same type of aluminum used in aircraft fuselages. The construction not only provides a lighter blade, but it is also much quieter against the ice. Available in stock in silver and with about 2-3 weeks delivery time for the colored ones in gold, black, lilac, blue, pink. The blade is made of steel that holds the sharpness longer and thus these blades last longer than traditional blades because the blade does not need to be sharpened as often. The steel protects the chrome, and the blade will never rust or flake. Since the blade is much harder, it resists more than the traditional blade. Note!
