 Prices

 VAT is included in the price of currently contains 25%. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). For orders outside EU, no swedish VAT will be charged.

 To order

 If the customer is under 18 years old, the purchaser need parental permission to purchase at Tinas Konståkningsshop.

 Order made by another person's name without his consent, or otherwise, which means that Tinas      Konståkningsshop is suffer economic damage, will be reported to the Police. Tina Konståkningsshop  disclaims for typographical errors, errors in information and errors in the specification, all the company's range of products and services. All pictures must be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed reproduce exactly the appearance and characteristics.

 As a customer you can choose to pay with following options:

• Debit or Credit cards. We accept all commons cards as Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American express
• Invoice with Svea Webpay, only for cusomers living in Sweden and Norway
• Payment with Pay Pal

Tina Konståkningsshop reserves the right to change prices, incorrect prices and final sale.

Unclaimed consignments

If you dont collect your parcel, we will charge 450 sek for transportation and administration.

International orders / Orders outside Sweden

Tinas Konståkningsshop welcome all international orders

Availability

We ship weekdays. Normal delivery time is 2-4 week days inside Sweden, and 5-7 days abroad.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.

Shipping

Shipping cost for your order will be charged based on the weight, this is done automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping is recognized at checkout. Pricing will be presented upon postage table for letters and packages. Free Freight for Swedish orders with a value of more than 1500 sek

Complaints and return policy

Tinas Konståkningsshop shop will refund exhanges that is returned within 14 days of initial puchase. Goods has to beeen un weared, not used and all the tags left. For custom made dresses and for special orders there are no exchange. There is no exchange if the skates have been mounted with blades that are not sold as a set. No exchange will be accepted for used skates or blades that has been sharpened.

If you choose to return an item to us, you are responsible for the return postage. Please not that we can not provide a credit or return for merchandise that has been worn, washed or used, boots that have been mounted, closeout or custom items. Tights will not be accepted once opened. You must include all packaging with the tags intact and attached to the garment. If items are returned without original packing and tags or have been wisibly worn, we reserve us the ritht to not accept the return. 

Damage to the package and not picked up package

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. You will be responsible for the shipping! If you discover the damage until you opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the item or the carrier's management, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.

Liability for defects

Tinas Konståkningsshop liability for errors in delivery is limited to the current conditions. Tina's Ice Skating Shop carries no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility issues, delivery delays, lost parcels, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

Transport Damaged Goods

If a product from Tina's Ice Skating Shop damaged in shipment, whether the damage is visible or hidden, should be notified immediately to the carrier.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions, non-deliveries from suppliers, make the event and similar events outside's Konståkningsdräkters control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall by force majeure, meaning that's Skating Costumes released from his obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

We do not store your customer information other than for full tracking of your order. Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable provisions of the Act.
