🔸 Important Tips Before You Start:
- Use a soft measuring tape
- Measure on bare skin or in thin underwear
- Stand upright and breathe normally
- Have someone help you measure for best results
- Measure twice to double-check
- Write down the measurements in centimeters
How to Measure for Your Form:
What it is: Chest measurement at the fullest part
How to measure:
- Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest
- Keep the tape horizontal around the entire body
- Make sure it’s not too tight or too loose
- Breathe normally and read the measurement
Tip: The tape should lie flat against the back as well
What it is: The narrowest part of the waist
How to measure:
- Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually above the navel)
- Wrap the measuring tape around the waist at this point
- Exhale slightly and read the measurement
- Do not pull the tape too tight
Tip: Bend to the side – where it creases is your natural waist
What it is: The widest part of the hips/buttocks
How to measure:
- Find the widest part of the hips (usually over the buttocks)
- Stand with feet together
- Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part
- Keep the tape horizontal
Tip: Often 18-23 cm below the waist
What it is: Upper body length from shoulder to waist
How to measure:
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder
- Down to your natural waistline
- The tape should follow the body's curves
- Go over the fullest part of the chest
Tip: This determines how long the top part will be

- If you are between sizes, choose the larger measurement
- If in doubt, measure again or ask us
- Remember the dress should fit snugly but comfortably for movement
