How do I choose the right skate for my level?

To choose the right skate, you need to consider your skill level, age, weight, and how often you train. Here are our general recommendations:

For beginners (children's skating school, basic figure skating):

- Jackson Excel or Mystique

- Wifa Prima Hobby

- Risport Venus

For intermediate skaters (basic tests passed, training 2-4 times/week):

- Jackson Evo Fusion or Elle Fusion

- Edea Overture with Mirage blade

- Wifa Prima Intermediate

- Risport Electra Light

Which brand is best?

There is no brand that is "best" for everyone. The most important thing is to find the boot that fits your foot best. Different brands have different fits:

- Jackson: Narrower in the heel and wider across the toes

- Edea: Standard width C is wide in the heel and narrow across the toes

- Wifa: Available in many different widths

- Risport: Similar width in the heel as Edea C but wider across the toe base

We always help advise on the right boot and blade based on your specific foot shape and skating level.

How do I measure my foot to order the right skate size?

To measure your foot correctly:

1. Stand on a piece of paper wearing the socks you use when skating

2. Trace your foot and measure the length from heel to longest toe

3. Measure the width at the widest part of your foot

4. Measure around the toe base (the widest part of your foot)

Send us these measurements along with information about your age, weight, current skates, and skating level for a personal recommendation.

How do I order a custom-made dress?

We have a collaboration with seamstresses in the USA who make dresses according to the customer's measurements and preferences. To order a custom-made dress:

1. Contact us to discuss design and materials

2. We will send you instructions for taking measurements

3. Choose a design from our selection or describe your own design

4. We will send your order to our seamstresses

5. Delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks depending on the season

What size should I choose for training clothes?

Our training clothes follow international sizes. To find the right size:

1. Measure chest width, waist width, and hip width

2. Compare with the size chart on the product page

3. For children, the age range is a guideline, but use the actual measurements

How long does delivery take?

Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 2-4 business days within Sweden. For special orders such as custom-made dresses, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks.

Delivery times to other Nordic countries:

- Finland: 3-5 business days

- Norway: 3-5 business days

- Denmark: 3-5 business days

When ordering skates with mounting and sharpening, add 1-2 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs within Sweden:

- Orders under 1000 SEK: 79 SEK

- Orders over 1000 SEK: Free shipping

Shipping costs to other Nordic countries:

- Finland: 149 SEK

- Norway: 149 SEK

- Denmark: 149 SEK

For international shipping outside the Nordic countries, please contact us for a quote.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

What payment options are available?

We offer the following payment options:

- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

- Swish (for Swedish customers)

- Invoice via Svea Ekonomi (14 days payment term)

- Installment payment via Svea Ekonomi

For orders from other Nordic countries, we offer card payment and invoice via Svea Ekonomi.

For international orders outside the Nordic countries, we accept credit card payments.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, we offer invoicing via Svea Ekonomi with a 14-day payment term. To pay by invoice, you must:

- Be over 18 years old

- Have a registered address in Sweden

- Pass a credit check via Svea Ekonomi

For businesses, we also offer business invoices with 30-day payment terms.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us about the return

2. Use the pre-printed return label that came with your shipment

3. Pack the item well and send it

4. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount

Please note that you pay for the return shipping yourself. For returns within Sweden, you can use the pre-printed return label that came with your shipment.

For weight up to 500 g (e.g., a dress or a pair of tights), the return shipping costs 79 SEK, for up to 2500 g (a pair of skates) 149 SEK.

For international returns, please contact us for instructions.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are not covered by the right of return:

- Skates where you have ordered mounting and sharpening

- Custom-made dresses

- Tights where the packaging has been opened

For other items, a 14-day right of return applies from the date you received the item.

How do I make a complaint?

If you want to make a complaint about an item, contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Description of the defect

3. Pictures showing the defect (if possible)

We will help you with the complaint and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
